Field Trip Instructions
- Find a date that works well for the Field Trip/Event.
- Fill out a Field Trip/Event form.
- Notify Rachel Mohler, via email, the specifics of the field trip before you place the Field Trip/Event form on the Parent's table. This will allow CHASE ample time to include the trip in the monthly SCRAWLS newsletter. This insures that CHASE will have insurance coverage for the trip.
- You are responsible for all the other logistics for the Field Trip/Event. HAVE FUN!!!
Giant A+ Rewards
Our co-op participates in the GIANT A+ School Rewards Program which allows the opportunity to earn CASH through this exciting program. More information will be provided as we recieve it from Giant.
A summary of how it typically works:
After you designate our co-op on a designated form, each shopping trip at a participating* GIANT store using your BONUSCARD earns CASH for our co-op! You can track the amount of points you earn for our co-op by checking your grocery receipt. Each month, the amount of CASH awarded will be updated on the GIANT website. Our co-op will receive a check at the end of the program. The money can be used for any of our co-op’s educational needs! Participating in the GIANT A+ School Rewards program will not affect your participation in any other Giant program, such as the Gas Program, Turkey Program, or any other program that may be taking place at GIANT. You will earn points for all the programs. Taking just a minute of your time to designate can make a huge difference to our school. We need your support. Please be sure to designate CHASE Academy using ID #02573 on the Designation Card below. Also, don't forget to encourage your friends and relatives to do the same. It could mean the world to our children!
